Our mission

Our mission is to provide quality education, care, and opportunities to children with hearing impairment so that they can lead confident, independent, and meaningful lives. We believe that every child has the ability to learn, grow, and contribute to society when given the right guidance and support.

Through specialized teaching methods, speech and hearing training, modern educational tools, and dedicated teachers, we aim to remove communication barriers and help students develop their full potential. Our team

Our team is the strength and foundation of our institution. At Manas Shikshan Prasarak Mandal and Karn Badhir Vidyalaya, our dedicated members work with commitment, compassion, and a shared vision to support the education and development of hearing-impaired children. The team consists of experienced educators, administrators, social workers, and volunteers who believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and live with dignity.

Our teachers are specially trained to work with hearing-impaired students and use modern teaching methods, speech training techniques, and supportive learning tools to help students overcome communication barriers. They focus not only on academic progress but also on building confidence, discipline, and social skills among the students.

The management committee and supporting staff actively guide the institution’s development by planning educational programs, improving facilities, and ensuring that students receive the best possible support. Their dedication goes beyond professional responsibility, as many team members contribute their time, effort, and resources to strengthen the institution.
